Reception 2027 Open Events

We are delighted that you are considering Gildredge House for your child and we welcome you to come and tour the school, meet the staff and immerse yourself in the Gildredge House experience. 

Choosing the right school for your child is an important and exciting decision. We would be delighted to welcome prospective Reception families to discover our happy, nurturing and inspiring school community.

Our Open Evening, Open Mornings and school tours will give you the opportunity to explore our learning environment, meet our dedicated staff and learn more about how we help every child feel safe, confident and excited to learn.

Below is the information about our Reception Open Events for intake in September 2027:

Open Evening - Thursday 12 November 2026

Join us to hear about our vision, values and approach to early learning. You will have the opportunity to meet members of our team, explore our Reception spaces and discover what makes the first chapter of your child’s education with us so special.

Open Morning - Friday 13 November 2026

Visit us during a normal school day and experience our warm and welcoming learning environment in action. It is a wonderful opportunity to see how our children learn, meet our staff and ask any questions you may have.

We cannot wait to welcome you and your child to our school.

SCHOOL TOURS

We will also be offering school tours led by our Head of Primary. These tours will provide another opportunity to explore our school, learn more about life in Reception and ask any questions you may have.
