Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Gildredge House, Compton Place Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN20 8AB.

2. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of the school and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Entry

  • This is a free prize draw. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
  • To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official sign up form at www.gildredgehouse.org.uk/home/admissions/gillys-club.
  • Entry automatically includes sign up to receive marketing emails from the school.
  • Participants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry in this draw.

4. The Prize

  • There are two prizes available:
    - one Family Day Ticket for four people to Knockhatch Adventure Park for the Reception prize draw
    - one Family Day Ticket for four people to Knockhatch Adventure Park for the Year 7 prize draw.
  • Entrants may enter one prize draw category only. Where an entrant has children who fall into both Reception and Year 7 categories, the entrant must select which prize draw category they wish to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • No cash alternative is available.

5. Opening and Closing Dates

  • The draw for both prizes opens on 30th June 2026.
  • The Year 7 prize draw closes on 31st October 2026.
  • The Reception prize draw closes on 15th January 2027.
  • Entries received after this time will not be included.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place within 10 school days of the closing date.

7. Notification

  • The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Prize Delivery

  • The winner will be asked to provide a valid email address for the purpose of sending the Family Day Ticket e-vouchers.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 7 days of the winner providing a valid email address.
  • Family Day Tickets are valid for 365 days from the date of issue. No cash value.
  • The winner’s email address will only be used for prize fulfilment and will not be used for marketing purposes.

9. Publicity

  • The winner’s first name and surname may be published unless the winner objects.
  • Participants can object by contacting info@gildredgehouse.org.uk.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Data will be used for:
    • administering the prize draw; and
    • sending marketing communications (where consent has been given).
  • Participants may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link.

11. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where necessary.
  • The promoter’s decision is final.
  • This promotion is governed by English law.
