This year once again we shall increase student numbers, with students in Year 5 for the first time, in addition to our intakes in Reception, Year 7, and Year 12. By September 2018, we shall have nearly 1300 students across thirteen Year Groups.
With the possibility of a further dozen colleagues joining our growing staff for September 2018, another intensive recruitment campaign has begun this term. All of us at Gildredge House are keen to ensure that we maintain an exceptional quality of teaching and support staff and are committed to attracting the highest quality of applicants.
Exciting careers in pastoral leadership and progress management
These are key positions for individuals in the strategic development of our Sixth Form. We are looking for individuals with a robust understanding of pastoral care and of how to monitor student progress, ensuring that effective interventions are put in place.
